Wear something comfy, you will get hot so I don't suggest sleeves. Have a scrunchie so you can pull your hair up and make sure you have money for drinks. The only way you can meet the band is if you have a back stage pass. Have fun.

is this a outdoor or indoor concert? I have been to over 50 concerts, I have never tried to meet the artist but I have managed to work a merch table, and have been to after parties with bands, mostly because I know the artist who did their tattoos =) The most important thing is to have a good time and be yourself, I don't recommend acting like a groupie, yes you might meet some people but they will think you are a joke. Have a Great time !

wear comfortable clothes.. don't wear flip flops especially if it isn't assigned seating.. SO many girls do this and they regret it afterwards.
Meeting the artists.. you pretty much have to have luck :P I've met plenty of artists but I have my ways and I won't give out my tips with that. :D
If you're taking a camera, make sure you hide it well because security will more than likely check you.
Buy MERCH! That is where artists get more of their profit from!
Have fun!

Hi, been to lots of concerts.
Wear comfortable clothes, but fun ones too!
if you wanna get backstage, look really pitiful and beg the guards. Some of the smaller artists actually come out to meet and greet after the show.
E-mail me with more specific questions, and I could help you out more!

Get there early. Especially if it is festival seating (not assigned).

Don't wear anything that you want to take off (there will be no place to put it).

Don't get trapped into buying a bunch of crap at the vendor tables -- a few things are OK.

Wear comfortable clothes - - you will be there awhile.

Eat ahead of time & plenty of liquids (but not too much -- long lines at bathrooms).

Have fun.

Don't expect to meet the artist. If it happens, then great.
