Trauma Nurse??

What do they actually do? i either want to become a Trauma Nurse or a Neonatal Nurse..help please!

--just wondering b/c i'm going to college in January 2008..i would go in the Fall of `07..but i wanna take a semester off to plan my wedding..i'm getting married on JANUARY 12TH 2008!!

First of all, congrats on your wedding. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it. :-)

Trauma nurses usually work in Emergency Rooms or ICU/CCU Floors. They are specially trained to deal with major injuries, and work with Doctors and other nurses to treat those with major injuries.
