the test is tomorrow at 2pm, out of town, please answer ASAP!!!

No, sometimes if you have heavy bleeding it can obscure a pap test, but it will not affect a cervical biopsy of colposcopy. I don't know who is talking about sepsis...that's not possible.
Don't worry about it. It's possible that you're spotting from the cervix and you SHOULD have a colposcopy to rule out cancer.

No it will have affect whatsoever. Use a tampon and go to your colonoscopy. It'll be over in a jiffy.

Sepsis or infection is sheer nonsense. We're talking about 2 separate orifices and spotting has nothing whatever to do with infection. Ignore that.

no but it might cause complications such as infection or sepsis.. consult an ob-gyne doctor regarding your spotting before undergoing any test..
