Colon, Michigan, owing (mostly) to the fact that Harry Blackstone, Sr. lived and is buried there.

They evidently host an annual magic festival, and the American Museum of Magic is not far away. Abbott's Manufacturing Co. -- a huge supplier of magic paraphernalia -- is there, too. I used to enjoy their catalog.

Sounds fun.

No, I've never been there, but would like to go. :-) I'm a magic buff.

By the way, a few sources give that title to Las Vegas. But Colon looks more legit, to me. And doesn't Vegas already have enough attractions and titles?

Thanks for asking. Now I'll add it to my list of destinations.

Torino (Turin) in Italy:
Turin is considered a "city of magic." Lying on the 45th parallel, Turin is, one of the three vertexes of the triangle of white magic with Prague and Lyon, and of the triangle of black magic with London and San Francisco. Other reasons: Nostrodamus once lived here. Legend has it that the Holy Grail is also buried in the city. Somewhere Tours (www.somewhere.it) runs a three-hour evening walking tour called Magic Turin.

And I knew this before I searched cause my brother lives there.

You probably mean Colon, but if you ever come to Hollywood, don't miss the Magic Castle. It is sort of a world headquarters.
