Where can i buy a 'gwasha' in los angeles?

i'm desperately looking for a 'gwasha' online, and i can't find any place where they sell them. where oh where whether on line or in southern california can i be able to buy a gwasha!!???

Not sure about the gwasha thing, but you can get a really good chili-cheese burger at Tommy's on the corner of Beverly and Rampart.
