SINCE YOU ASKED, I'LL ANSWER I SUPPOSE. "KILL IT IN THE CLUB WITH THIS ONE" IS A SAYING THAT MEANS WHEN THE DJ PLAYS THE SONG IN THE CLUB, EVERYONE'S GONNA GET UP TO DANCE AND GO CRAZY TO THE SONG.
