New York Like Commission structure as an agent?

I've seen the other answers to similar questions and oen person said that most agents don't receive a paycheck for 6 months and thats why so many quit, is this true??? Also, do they give you any leads at all or expect you to find everything yourself?

Yes, only about 10% succeed because the failure rate is so high to get new business and it is very competitive.
