Not saying- they're all bad- but it is a bit of a paradox- more of an Oxymoron- healthy- fast food- But if you must order form the low calorie foods on the menu and have a water instead of soda or juice when ordering food!

I would think KFC because they changed their frying oil to non trans fat oil. So even though they're stuff is mostly deep fried, it doens't have trans fat like all the other restraunts.

Also, I would think Subway has a healthy menu because they have all those vegetables. It just depends on the person ordering though. They can make it healthy by just getting meat, cheese, and vegetables, or unhealthy by choosing stuff with a lot of sauce and condiments.

Subway/ Jimmy Johns/ Blimpes/ Quiznos or pretty much anything that has sandwhiches as long you make the right choices. Avoid anything fried, cheeses, mayo, and creamy dressings. Outside of salad sandwhich places Wendys has quality options such as baked potates (without sour cream and butter) chili that only a few grams of fat and calories. Plus options such as milk and oranges. Remember just because its chicken doesnt mean its healthy because its probably fried. And same with salads its no long healthy when dressings or cheese and bacon is pilled on them.

I nominate Chipotle - it offers the most healthy options & you can select each ingredient for your burrito, taco or salad.

Wendy's has baked potatoes & some locations offer a salad bar.

Taco Bell - at least you can order a bean burrito, something w/ chicken or rice & beans.

Subway - if you stick to the low fat sandwiches.

It all depends what you are going to order.Salads are good. But ask for the low calorie dressings.Instead of shakes a diet soda or water is better.Wendys has baked potatoes instead of fries. Most of them have pretty good yogurt.

Really, any of them can be, as long as you do NOT eat anything deep fried, covered in creamy ranch dressing, with bacon and cheese, etc...
Grilled chicken is ok.
Crispy chicken sandwich with ranch sauce and bacon is not ok.. and pretty much all fast food places offer both of those.

yeah sorry I am going to say it, they are all disgusting. I rarely will eat anything like that, and I refuse to eat mc donald's. That's just the bottom line there. Subay is good, or maybe even ordering a salad from one of the more unhealthier places.
