If you mean tight jeans it depends on whose wearing them. Men with low sperm counts have been connected to wearing too tight of clothing. Girls with tight jeans have a higher likely hood of getting pregnant not because of any scientific reason. Only they look good..No seriously too tight of jeans can bring on infection which can hinder getting pregnant. Remember germs like warm and wet places. Tight jeans have been known to cause yeast and UTIs (urinary tract infections)in women. And men who wish to have a better chance of conceiving should wear loose clothes and look for a girl in really tight jeans.

Yes, they can for both genders. In men, it can increase body temperature and that rise in the temp can kill sperm.
In women, the constant pressure of the waistband/button can increase a woman's chance of getting endometriosis, a condition in which your uterine lining grows too thick. Endometriosis is sometimes undetectable without a laporoscopic examination of the uterus, but many endo sufferers have very heavy, painful periods. This thickening of the lining can prevent implantation of the embryo, and cause infertility.
So there's one more reason to wear comfy sweats now!

If you are female, you can develop an infection from sweating too much in the groin area. You can also develop pinched nerves in your hips from wearing pants that are too tight, and this can be REALLY uncomfortable.
Other than that, I wouldn't worry about it if you're comfortable.
