I think that she signed up for 3 reasons. my first reason was to get more face recognition for future television projects. second i think that she wants to be known for something else other than as a boxer. third she wanted to be known for her own accomplishments besides being best known as her father's daughter.

I think she retired from boxing. So more than likely for publicity. She probably wants to soften her image a bit to get more acting roles.

the publicity she gets from this is huge. Not to mention the fun, the money, the guys, possible job offers. She's gorgeous.
