sorry to be grotesque but im looking for an anatomical cross section that is comparible to seeing someone fileted all the ones i see are cartoony and i need something accurate for school

they have some pictures here of the insides of the body. http://www.madsci.org/~lynn/VH/ just do a search in your browser with words like anatomy and physiology disection internal and other words and you'll find more. i have a couple lab books with any internal picture and any cut you could dream of but it really doesnt help you.

there's an artist named Gunther something who has a famous exhit that travels around the world called bodies. there is also a book on him. also called Bodies. He does dross sections as part of his work. They are amazing. You might find photos if you search him online. or get his book...
