This is a big one for me but it's usually because when I start looking for that something I find something else that I looked for before and couldn't find. I then remember that I needed that for something so I scoot off to take care of that and while doing so I completely forget what it was I was looking for this time.

I spent most of the morning looking for something in my house... and then spent the rest of the afternoon trying to figure out what the heck I was trying to find in the first place.
Then I randomly found what I was looking for and couldn't remember why I needed it in the first place... I think I'm loosing my mind!!!!

Yeah. I'm always doing that. I also ALWAYS put stuff where I won't forget I put it and I'll be damned if I don't loose it anyway.

All the time. I can't tell you how many times I've ran downstairs to the kitchen and forgot why I was there.
