No, but you can do a couple of things. If you have a telephone from your cable company- pick up the phone and hit *77. That will tell everyone who calls you that blocks your number to hang up and they can call back if they allow their caller id information to go through. Most telephone companies have this. It is anonymous call blocker. Later you can always unblock it. I have a little kid that was calling in the middle of the night under private and burping in my ear. How annoying!! I sleep well now:)
*67 only works if the number hasn't been blocked. If it is coming up as anonymous caller or Blocker caller or private caller- *67 won't work.

No you can not, *68 is used when you have your number blocked from everyone and the call dont accept blocked call.
