Currently there isn't a version of MSN for Mac that supports video messaging, however there is an open-source alternative called aMSN that does to a limited extent.

Other clients that support video messaging (but not necessarily on the MSN network) include:
1. iChat: (included with OS X)
2. Skype: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/
3. Yahoo! Messenger for Mac beta2 (will be released soon).

Yes, you can download MSN messenger for the Mac, but I'm not really sure whether you can use video with that like you can with the Mac version of Y!M and iChat.

OF course Yes iChat, u can also use the yahoo msn on Mac or the hotmail one ! all work
