i want to study .net web technologies

First learn VC++
and then buy some book in .net technology
buy Microsoft IIS server and Microsoft SQL server
now code some asp pages using .NET components

.Net is a comprehensive framework pretty much a copy cat of Java, if Web is the specific portion you want to study look at ASP.Net just as you would've studied only JSP in Java for Web development.

You need the framework runtime installed and ready, also a server that uses ASP.Net

That's the official ASP.NET site. It contains lots of tutorials. You can start reading from there.

There are a number of respectable books in that field too which you can read. For example,
- APress beginning ASP.NET 2.0 in C# (I advise C# instead of VB.NET)

- Wrox Beginning ASP.NET 2.0
