I'm not sure that's a correct assessment.
Were China to view India's army as a lessor force, there would be precious little preventing China from deciding their territorial disputes with an invasion.
India's army has fought several wars with Pakistan and as such is considerably more experience in battle than the Chinese. Lets face it, rolling over Nepal doesn't really count.
Secondly, the Chinese cannot take Taiwan (for now) because of this very reason...well, more likely like of any real amphibous capability but my point remains valid.
Though India may not be a suprepower, they have shown more than enough tenacity in battle. I don't see a regional conflict there till after Taiwan. If then.

says who?! Indian Army hasn't fought any wars wid China recently in fact China hasn't fought any war wid any country.soooo........ i don't think Indian Army looks weak in front of China n ur statement is wrong.

Indian army did not meet chines face to face so no way to say who is stronger than whom !and if it is about man power and techonology then it is possible that chines would be stronger.but since i don't know the statistic so can't comment !

China has more manpower and the people are dedicated and focused and do not mind losing their lives to win the war.

Chinese have more man power. Further their soldiers are brain washed to follow a particular culture. They have a rigid dictatorial system.
