I'm looking for a replica helmet to wear from Willow of General Kale, does anyone know where I could find one? I want to wear if for maybe ren fairs or Pennsic this year.

Wow... the movie "Willow" !!
I did searches and couldn't find a source for a helmet like that...
However, as a props-master for stage and screen, IF you have some crafts skills you could MAKE one fairly simply:
Capture some still images off the DVD and/or make a sketch... Find a party-store that has Halloween materials in their storage... get a few foam skulls and bones.
Take a baseball-batters helmet, and build up the "KALE" helmet on top of it... I'd use fiberglass-clothe and resins to do this so it will be strong and will last.
