(moon 15'37'01 Taurus and their North Node 27'31'55). I don't know what aspect that is because its nowhere near 30 degrees which would tell me the next aspect, So I'm not sure which way to go with it.

It's a very wide conjunction. The closer the degree, the more intensity. But when working with the nodes, it generally suffices when the planet is in the same sign. However, the more exact the aspect, the more intensity. You didn't say whether they were male or female. I'm not sure I understand what YOU mean by 30 degrees. 30 degrees would be the next sign, not the next aspect. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by next aspect. For example if it were in Gemini, then Taurus would semisextile it. If it were in Cancer, then anything in Taurus would sextile it. Leo would square. Then there are other aspects, trines, semisquares, quintiles, biquintiles, septiles, yada, yada. All of which are based on degrees. Squares for example are 90. Trines 120.
Any planet near the north node is beneficial. Moon conjunct their north node (or as I said, even in the same sign) indicates an emotional bond with a female. This is a person who will have a harmonious home life, or meet a woman who will enable that, a good indicator of possible marriage, and gain through women in general. Taurus is always an indication of financial comforts.
I guess when I understand your question better, I can answer you better. Are you older than this person perhaps? Because it often indicates a tie of an age difference, but you didn't specify which houses the nodes were in. That too, makes a big difference. Especially now, since they are currently in Pisces/Virgo, 16 degrees, which to me, among other things, indicates health, insurance, hospitalization, inheritance, lottery, or monetary gain. etc. What houses they are in gives more indication.
