This question is obviously open to either males or females; however, I would like to see more men respond to whether or not they like or would like to see women placed high on a pedestal. For example, CEO, franchise owner, U.S. president
What are your feelings on women having the power and recongnition in calling the shots.

The thought of women being in charge used to scare me.

Now, after working for a number of woman managers I have come to admire the leadership qualities that many women possess. These days I think having more women in charge is just what our country needs. I support the idea of having a woman president.

I don't see what gender has to do with anything I don't care and wouldn't care either way to see a women at the heads of all major u.s. corporations

the CEO of hot topic is a woman. its work force is made up of mostly females, 67%. i think it is awesome. it always ranks on forbes top 100 places to work list.
