if im not mistaken, alubihod beach is in guimaras. you have to take a ferry to guimaras and then a jeep to take you to alubihod

I have lived in Iloilo City the past 5 years and never heard of the place. I can tell you if you want to go to the beach the nearest nice beaches are all out in Guimbal (40 min outside the city.) I usually go to Solimar Beach resort. It's very well kept, reasonable prices and the food is good.

In Iloilo that query will be easiet since residents are well verse on where beaches to go. only make it official and not just asking passerby.
