Why is it that I like tunafish but hate seafood! I can eat tunafish every night if I wanted (its healthy for your body) but when it comes to seafood, I feel like I will gag if I see it??
I went to Rob Lobster for the first time awhile ago and I was so grossed out when the people I went with were eating all these different types of seafood that I never even heard of!!!

I have tried shrimp... I put it in my mouth (while plugging my nose) and took a bite and then threw it up! It was soo gross!
I was at Red Lobster cause I was invited to go out to eat and they took me there, I wasnt aware they were going there and I cant just say "I hate seafood" cause there was 3 other people with me who loves it. That would have been selfish of me.

Know what you mean, I dis-like sea food so much but I dont mind eating tuna. I cant even touch fish it really makes me gag, I know it is crazy.

Tuna fish does not have as strong a flavor as other sea foods. I am the same way. I ate a peace of shrimp the other day coming home from wal-mart, my little boy loves it, and he had gotten some there. I just about had to pull over and throw up because the fishy taste was so strong. I gag nearly all the way home and I ran in the house and got something to drink before I took my groceries in lol. I will never take another bite of fish other than tuna fish.

Maybe it's a psychological thing. Because tuna from a can is shredded it doesn't look like other kinds of seafood. If you wanted to find out you could try some kind of seafood that looks like something else, like crab cakes.

I am kind of like you....though I love seafood. But I like tunafish and could take or leave any other kind of fish. Usually in restaurants I only eat the fish sandwich at McDonalds and of all places, Hooters has a great Grouper sandwich. My single brother, when he is buying....guess where we go?

i don't like tunafish, but i love almost anykind of other seafood.. just as long as they leave the fish guts and that type of body stuff looking not-so-dissgusting.
Go to japan, theyv got the best looking seafoods and they even tast good. =D

I'll bet you can eat fish sticks also.
It is the same sort of thing I have. I can eat Tuna or Fish Sticks, but no other type of sea food. The smell of boiled craps makes me ill. . .

wow i feel sorry for you. do you like chiken if so thats why because it is the chiken of the sea. i love seafood i have tried at least 100 diffrent types of fish and loved them all.

the same reason i like angus burgers but i hate burger king, you just like some types of seafood and dislike others.
