Medium to medium rare. Depending on the steak.

It really depends on the cut of meat. I find that a really good filet will melt in your mouth if cooked med rare, however if you cook it to med or med well it still taste good. However any other steak I prefer med.

soak it first a couple hours in apple cider vinegar cold water,
covered in the fridge, then cook it well done in a frying pan with a touch of olive oil and A one sauce with steak seasonin.
Melts in your mouth, no rough chewin.
