Well, first off, remember that women take a long time to prepare their bodies for actual penetrative sex. In order for it to be its least painful and most pleasurable, she needs to be aroused. Many people don't realize that the vaginal canal actually stretches and lifts upwards, lengthening, after arousal.
You want to lavish a minimum of twenty minutes (and hopefully more) to relax and turn her on, however you go about that (my suggestion: lots of kissing, sweet talk, touching of sensitive places, and doing whatever she tells you). She should know her own body, and if she doesn't, encourage her to try masturbating on her own, so she can see what she likes.
Anyhow, if she's very relaxed and turned on, and you've applied plenty of good-quality lubrication, then everything should be set. If she still feels pain (not just discomfort, but real pain), either something is wrong or you are simply too big, and she too small, for your first time to be pleasurable. If the former is the case, she needs to see a doctor. If it's the latter, then my suggestion is for her to try stretching herself slowly, over time, to accomodate your larger size. Put off sex for a while and instead, every day, she can try masturbating with a small, slender dildo (or a finger, if it comes down to it). Gradually, she can move up in size or in number of fingers, never going too big, until it is no longer painful for her. The whole process shouldn't take longer than a month at most.
Those are my tips. I hope they help, nothing is wrong, and things go well. Good luck.

Sweetheart a woman can take any size she wishes. How does a baby come through that little opening, because it stretches. All that is wrong is that she is nervous and tightened her muscles which then makes it hard for to penetrate. Why dont you just settle for a bit of playing around for a week or two, use a little jell to lubricate and gradully just play with your finger she will come to relax when she gets over the initial fear and then everything should be ok. Show her that you love her and be patient with her, she will love you all the more.

Think about it... where do babies come out of.... Answer: the same place you put your dick.
If a baby (which is pretty big) can come out of that hole... then I'm sure your "thing" will fit (since it is a bit smaller than a baby)...
Don't just bang her right away as soon as you get a b0ner... go slow (play around, touch her in places to get her relaxed and more turned on, maybe start by gowning down on her to get her "place" a little more lubricated/ready for penetration)...
Just remember to go slow... hope this helps

buy some lubricating jelly in the isle that has condoms. but just so you know it always hurts the girl the first time they have intercourse. youneed to make sure you arent moving to fast before her body is fully ready. try oral sex first and see if that helps her any to get more relaxed. if she is a virgin then she might be tightening up cause she is scared. you need to make her feel comfortable and special and it should be somewhat easier

She obvious is not ready for sex. Did she not know the logistics of her own plumbing, and what sex entails?
Maybe you should wait until you marry her.

Oh and BTW: this is the "LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL and TRANSGENDERED" Category...NOT THE "DATING AND RELATIONSHIPS CATEGORY!!
