Hi, I really feel for you because I have been in a similar situation. May I suggest that you:
(1) Ensure that you have gathered all the facts.
(2) Practice on family/friends first.
(3) Have handouts for your audience (this helps them to follow your presentation and also gives them chance to catch up later).
(4) Don't be afraid to use 'cue cards' with key words on them (this will help you to keep focused on what you're saying.
(5) Be prepared for questions from your audience.
(6) Try to make it informative, interesting and keep to a time limit.
I hope this is of some help to you - good luck but I'm sure you'll do really well.
cheers Morsel

Most presenters try to put over too much - cut things down and do more on a smaller range of facts

speek loudly and clearly.
do not look at the peoples faces, look at the tops of their head.
turn your head from side to side, looking at the left side of the room, back of the room and right side of the room from time to time.
Have notes but do not read from them, know when to move your cards so if you do loose your place you will be on the right card....so pratice moving them as you finish what is on that card.
move your hands in jester, express your voice with expresstion, do not be monotone.
Pratice in front of a mirrow so you know what you look like doing your presentation.
dress nice, not to tight or loose.
do not ware dangling bracelets that clang.
use a pointer stick so you do not have to move infront of the presentaion board.
Know where things are on the board so you do not have to look for them.
Make it colorful but not eye blurring.
do not write in red, most men can not read red on a board.
that is about all i got at this time.

You need to believe in whatever it is that you are presenting. If you do not, people will sense that you yourself are not convinced, and will ask themselves why should they believe you.
