Last week ,on the phone,with Sprint.My cell phone bill was messed up and they adjusted it $115 and were honest enough to say the mistake was theirs.

Last tuesday. In Federal Express.
I was (still am) very worried, because I had to send my passport to Chile (it is the only way to get a certain country visa), and ... the guy in Federal Express, was so .. very nice. Excellent Customer service.
He explained everything, he always smile, he rushed my paper work .. he promised me that my 2 passports will be back home safe ... I Hope so...he was the best. In Federal Express they definitely treat u very well.

In all honesty, the local wal-mart especially during the day. I know all the dept mgrs and they are always so helpful. Today I bought a big air conditioner and the store manager himself and the stock boy loaded it into the pickup for us.
In November, when I bought my wide screen TV, that same store manager and a stock boy loaded that for me.
They are good people.

Chick Fil A has excellent customer service! They are always so happy and helpful..... it might just be the one near me but it's nice to get fast food and not be scared someone is going to spit in your food.

Radio Shack about 4 years ago. I even called the mgr. on the phone and he helped me set up my system and was on the phone for like 20 mins. and that was THE best service I ever had.

It was back in 1908, I was at the General Store and Mr. Drucker was kind enough to get a step ladder to get something down from the top shelf for me.

Believe it or not, eBay.
I ordered some makeup brushes and I hadn't gotten them after 10 days. I emailed and within 15 min I got a response. They sent out a duplicate order, EXPRESS at no charge!
Talk about impressed!

He comprados varias veces en los sitios web mi set de maquillaje y siempre he sido muy contenta, el último que he comprado ha sido un set de maquillaje para corregir algunas cosas, además de un buen precio el producto cumple todas mis expectativas, una excelente compra y muy practica.
