Hey everyone i need help with my computer. I just had a friend reboot my computer and all the picture look bad,my desktop looks bad also.All the color item have spots all over them . What could it be?Thank

My computer was ok last week we just booted the computer and it started to look like that. My icons look good and the windows 2000 logos look good too.Just the pictures look bad

Assuming that you didn't boot in to Windows in SAFE mode (which WOULD look terrible), it sounds like your video card might be going out.
My card recently went out on me and the screen looked terrible.
I opened the case and in my case anyway, when I'd tap on the video card I noticed a change on the screen with each tap.
I replaced the card and now all is well.

Make sure your display setting are on the right one....16 colors, 24 bit, 256 colors etc. Right click on the desktop, properties, settings...
