There are manual exercises - search the web for "jelq" - there are sites with free instructions, don't buy any books. There are also stretching instruments, hanging instruments, pumping helps too - mainly for girth, these are the most popular. Your penis may not get big but it will surely get bigger.

Have your mother buy a time machine, go back in time, pick a different guy to marry. One with a big huge boinker and marry him. Your odds to inherit one will be higher.
Other than a transplant, nothing.
The good news is, IT DOESN"T MATTER. Women want men to show confidance. And they care much more that you know how to use it than it's size. Wanting it to be huge is a myth.

Take a 4 foot piece of rope and tie one end of it to a cement block the other end to your penis. Climb on top of the ladder and throw the block off..Good Luck
