I would have to say that the average woman don't like to change any diapers.......that is a job that a woman has to do when she has children.......and that is the point.... in most womens minds I think that they view it as a form of work and not a pleasure.....On the bright side there are many that love the diaper fetish...I am sure that you will find one of them.

Because they aren't men. Women want to feel safe, secure and protected by their man. They don't want to have to change his diapers.
