Why do you have to choose? If you have a great marriage then your partner understand how important your career is to both of you and how it will support your family in the future. So why do you have to choose? Personally if I was already married and my career was too much for me and I couldn't spend what time i needed for a family I would change jobs or stay at a level until my kids are a bit older a in need of less attention and then go for the career incentives. Your wife is first, your children second and career is third but only if it interfears with family. You will never have a second chance to spend time with children then while they are little and need you, when they are older you have more time to dedicate to your future career goals. Family first, career second. Trust me this is the way it should be. Think about it, take care Heather

I would choose great marriage. My reasoning for this is a great career (money) will always come and go, but a great marriage is so hard to find anymore in these times we are going through.

If you have to ask yourself this questions, you probably shouldn't be married! What if the shoe were on the other foot and you were booted for a career ... Jobs come and go, but with true love you can conquer anything together ... Yes, even a less than stellar career.

GREAT CAREER! a great marriage wont be so great when you run out of money. Its a backed up fact that most failed marriages result from financial disputes. Its never too late to get married and why not do it when both people are financially set in great careers.

Great Marriage. I want to grow old with my husband and have our happy 50th wedding anniversary. Yipppee!!! A great career will not make me happy if i have a lonely house to greet me after work.

A great career of course. Marriage means trouble, unhappiness, lawyers, courts, and much more negative stuff. I have see it with hundreds of people.
