first things yao's chinese so he's irrelevent for a black/white game, and manu is latino as is Gasol
so the White team as you're asking it consists of:
Nash, hinrich
miller, Brent Barry
AK (who absolutely sucks this year), Korver
Dirk, David Lee
Okur (assuming he's a euro-turk), Miller
can't even field a real team
going up against any combination of
Paul, Iverson, Arenas
Kobe, McGrady, Pierce
LeBron, Marion, Redd
Garnett, Duncan, Brand
Shaq, Amare, Howard
the third string would kill them when you want to get down to an actual black vs white game which is stupid

If we are talking about the greatest of all time teams then I would have to say the blacks would win because they have way more talent and the size advantage. The black team would be Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Dr .J, Michael Jordan and Isaiah Thomas. The white team would be Bill Walton, Pete Marovich, Larry Bird and Bob Cousy.
On an all-star team of today players on the black team would be Shaq, Tim Duncan, Kobe, Lebron and Dwayn Wade. The white team would be Dirk Nowitski, Steve Nash, Adam Morrison, Kirk Heinrich and probably Zydrunas Illgausas. This is a harder game to pick because Nash and Dirk are great and you never want to pick against them but then again would they be ably to handle kobe, lebron and wades skill and not to mention shaqs presence in the paint

ENOUGH WITH ALL THE RACIST / POLITICALLY INCORRECT UNDERTONES BEING RAISED AGAINST THIS QUESTION..
THIS IS JUST PURE ENTERTAINMENT TO SATISFY OUR FANTASIES.. IN OTHER WORDS, A VERY GOOD QUESTION!
Man, It would be close and definitely a game for the ages coz of all the rap it would cause. Sorry Mr Athleticism, but that wont matter since I am considering it as a REAL game (not an ALL star game) with alot at stake. During the game, chemistry and teamwork and fundamental skills will matter.
With that I would think the "whites" will win only because of Steve Nash and Dirk. It would be close though

All the answers that say the black team would win are crazy. The USA Basketball Team, which is all black and all NBA superstars, hasn't won a gold medal in international play in a while. Just about all the international teams of importance are European, with their major stars on NBA rosters. So, being black myself, I am sorry to say that i think the best white players in the NBA would beat the best black players.

If you're talking about players from this generation, then let's do this, shall we?
Instead of general positions, I'll pick 2 gaurds, 2 forwards and a center.
The "blacks" as you eloquently put it would start Kobe Bryant and either T-Mac or D-Wade at gaurds, Lebron and Garnett at forwards and Stoudamire at center.
Now, assuming we'd be using European players as well, that'd pit them up against Steve Nash and Kirk Heinrich at gaurd, Dirk Nowitski and Kyle Korver at forward and Mehmet Okur or Yao Ming at center.
That's actually an interesting match up, but because there are far more blacks in the NBA than whites, it's hard to field a white team of superstars. Neither Nash, Okur or Nowitski are even American.
Now, when you're talking All-Time, I think it gets alot closer, don't you?
Jordan and Magic at gaurds for the blacks, Malone and Kobe at forwards and either Wilt or Russel at Center
against
Stockton and Cousy at gaurds, BIRD and Maravich at forwards and Bill Walton at center.
THAT would be an intriguing match up that could go either way. I'd have to give the edge to the blacks simply because they have Jordon and that makes a huge difference to any team.
However, when you take a look at each team in the NBA, they probably have at least two white players, many of whom are starting. So the discrepency isn't that bad.

To be realistic, let's go with 10 players on each team.
Blacks
PG: Chris Paul, Allen Iverson
SG: Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade
SF: Tracy McGrady, Lebron James
PF: Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett
C: Shaq, Amare Stoudemire
Whites
PG: Steve Nash, Kirk Hinrich
SG: Manu Ginobili, Peja Stojakovic
SF: Mike Miller, Andres Nocioni
PF: Dirk Nowitzki, Pau Gasol
C: Mehmet Okur, Andris Biedrins
Whites would field a very good team, but the Blacks just have too much talent. All of the Blacks will be All-Time Greats, the same can be said for only a couple of the Whites.

PRESENT AND PAST...
PAST - WHITE TEAM
PG: Bob Cousy
SG: Larry Bird
SF: Bob Pettit
PW: Bill Walton
C: Dirk or Yao... No one was tall enough to make it to Center position...
PAST - BLACK TEAM
PG: Oscar Robertson
SG: Michael Jordan
SF: Magic Johnson
PF: Bill Russell
C: Kareem or Wilt
THE BLACK TEAM WOULD BEAT THE WHITE TEAM'S *** REAL BAD!
PRESENT
WHITE TEAM
PG: Steve Nash
SG: Mike Miller/Manu Ginobili/Kirk Hinrich
SF: Mike Miller/David Lee
PF: Dirk Nowitzki/ Pau Gasol
C: Yao Ming
BLACK TEAM
PG: Arenas/Kidd/Iverson
SG: Bryant/Wade/Iguadala/McGrady
SF: Garnett/Marion/James
PF: Brand/Duncan/Stoudemire
C: Camby/Howard/Okafor/O'Neal
The Black team would probably win once again.
The proportions are not fair enough.
If there were more choice in Whiteys, maybe we'd have a chance.

Blacks. They have brought the game to a new level. The Nike commercial for the new nike forces explains it all. There is only one white guy in the bunch nad he just setups up the black allstars.

F - Dirk Nowitski
F - That other white guy
C - Yao Ming
Nash IS the MVP. Lets hope we never get to that.
