it drives me crazy and i mean ill start cryin and cryin when im on my period if my bf doesnt say i love u i start assuming he doesnt love me and i start crying a river and i cry for the smallest and most stupid things. It is hormone fluctuations. Many doctors say that light exercise to get endorphins released into your brain and body will help this.

Because our bodies go through big changes when we have our period. Our hormones get out of wack and this causes the change in moods, hunger, cravings, etc. What I have done is write on my calender when I expect my period and I go three days before that and allow myself to be moody. So if my period is going to start on Feb 20, I start preparing myself on the 17th that I am going to start being moody and that it's ok.
I don't let my period just creep up on me, I keep a mental note that I am going to change in to a real witch and I also let people know that.

It's part of being a girl, it is your hormones getting all out of wack - a friend was at a stupid Tupperware party and afterward cried in her car cause she hadn't won a keychain. LOL
You might try taking a Vitamin B complex - that will help with some of it. In fact I believe that all women need to take vitamin B.

Its pms just eat right and exercise and take midol but if it gets to bad and out of your control see a doctor.

its called PMS u can take midol and it will help you with the mood swings
