I don't think there's anything morally wrong or illegal with her giving out your new information to YOUR creditors. Stop dodging them and pay your bills. Why should she have to keep fielding them for you?

i don't believe she is in any way legally wrong when giving your name or address to creditors and if you went to court and told a judge i am not paying my bills and they are calling her house all the time looking for me and so she gives them my phone number and address i don't think he is going to be all oh hey stop doing that he can dodge paying his bills i have a feeling hes gonna ask why they are not calling you and why you have not sent out change of address and phone number cards to these people since it is illegal to not pay your bills so i would consider asking her to not give it to people who have no real reason to have it but if they are calling her and sending mail or showing up at her door you cant really blame her for wanting this to stop and for you to handle it so either call them and fess up or deal with it because I don't think any judge is going to have to much sympathy

100000000% absolutely, all you need is a written statement from an attorney, not even a court case. It is against the law to do this without your permission, even though you know her, it's still considered "identity theft" cause it's without your permission. She sounds like a real witch, I mean Beatch .

If you have proof, beyond a doubt, go to the court and get a restraining order against her. You can do this without an attorney. Good luck ...

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? CALL THE COPS!!! Unless they are your creditors calling you for payment. If that's the case, then she shouldn't have to be giving it to them...you should have already done that so they are not bothering her!

Go to court and have them order her to stop. If she continues ask the court to sanction her. This could be a form of harassment.

Why are they contacting her? If you're not updating your new address and phone#, they are probably harassing her. If I were her, I'd give them your information as well. Pay your bills and stop blaming her.

Im not sure about how to do it legally, but have you considered using a gun? Perhaps a hunting rifle from a 1000 yards would be good too!!
