That's the first record in, more or less, Western "civilization".
Very competent medical practices had been carried on for many thousands of years prior to that by those termed "primitive peoples", as, for example, the so called australian aboriginals.

As a matter of fact those "primitives" might well have had a better cure rate for cancer and "heart disease" 30,000 years ago then do our "professionals" currently, based on certain research. :)))
