This is a vintage Japanese cartoon panel. The very first in the Doraemon Series. Very valuable now if in mint condition.

Second box:
Nobita is like "who are you?! where'd you come from?! what do you want?!"

Third box:
Nobita is like "why'd you come out of here?" and Doraemon is like "well, you're asking me all these questions all at once..."

Fourth box:
Doraemon is like "well anyways, enough of all that, none of that matters. I came to save you from something VERY HORRIBLE!"
