Over the years, the muscle around my hands and legs are getting worse. My cousins of my mum's side has it as well. I find it very hard or at times impossible to pick up coins or press the remote. As for my legs, my ankle is also instable. I heard of MD, but what could it exactly be?

Hello, Im sorry to hear about your condition. It could be a lot of things and you really should check with a doctor. However it does sound a lot like what my dad has. He has gout and his is degenerative. It is such a painful and sad disease. I wish you all the best and hope you get to feeling better. Have a great day!!!!

wow! Does this question mean that you don't have a diagnosis from a doctor? This is nothing to mess around with. There are alot of treatments for neuromuscular diseases out there. You need a doctor to give you a real diagnosis.

Get yourself to a doctor.. That's the only way that you'll find out what the problem is..... sounds like a congenital condition. The longer you wait the more damage will be done. Now get to a doctor.

Without running tests there is no way to know what you have. See your doc for a diagnosis and treatment.
