I am about to graduate and I am under pressures of exams and assignments; I am also under that post-graduation monster of looking for a job. I have a lot of things to do, including my assignments, but I feel these days I am lazy, tense, lacking concentration and mainly desperate...I am very frustrated, I think I gonna have no job,and I see my very good academic experience gonna be croened by loss and frustration...What do u think I can do to fel better? I cannot plan my studies and everything and I feel I gonna lose it all...

Take one step at a time. Do not try to do a dozen things at once. Take one project and finish it before thinking about the next. Continue till you accomplish what you set out to do. Stress is natural part of life but we all need to manage it. After finishing a task, take a little time for yourself. Maybe a nice bubble bath or a walk to relieve the pressure . Good Luck.

Realize that its ok to be stressed. We all will have stressful times in our life, and being a Senior in high school, especially near graduation, is definately one of those times for many. Remember that the people around you in your classes and your friends are probably stressed too, so it may help relieve stress for all of you to at least talk about it. Write down your priorities, (ex. #1 assignments, 2-study, 3-look for a job), however you think you need to attend first. Try not to tackle it all at once, and try to finish whatever you start. Once you feel comfortable that you do not have too much on your plate, you will feel more relieved and less burned out. Remember, people can accomplish whatever they believe in, but we also do not have super powers as far as being able to do everything at once. Think of your tasks as step by step, so you accomplish things bit by bit, and your brain will be trained at looking at your challenges with more confidence. You won't think of ALL this stuff you have to do, and have that "Ooohhhhh my Gosh!" feeling, but rather, "I can do this."
Staying organized, and perhaps having a slow but steady approach to things will hopefully help you feel better and more in control. Good luck, I know you can do it. And remember also that you have very good academic experience and no your last couple of months will not ruin you, just do your best!!! You can do it, oh and breathe!!! :]

Breathe...you will do fine. Here's why..there are so many students in the exact same position as you. Sit down, and make a list..use your Excel know-how. Sort and prioritize and make a schedule. Take a brisk 15 minute walk in the early morning...you will feel energized. Your pressures will always be there but you will be focused and confident. Look, you have made it so far...and you are on your way!

What you should do is make a schedule of everything you need to get done first priority to not so important. Plan a schedule for you to get it all done but not at the same time. When making your schedule you need to give yourself some free time to relax or go out shopping with your friends so you can clear your mind before your next task.

yes you are definitely stressed. first thing you need to do is try to relax. worrying about things is not going to get them accomplished. so - deep breath. ok first things first...you have to graduate. manage your time, stick to a schedule, get your work done. as far as the job after graduation - that's a worry on every graduates mind. just because you don't find something right away doesn't mean you WON'T find something. give it time.
everything always works out. stay focused and you will be GREAT! GOOD LUCK :)
