Okay so I am on ortho tri cyclen. Today I was supposed to take my tuesday light blue pill. But I was holding it upside this morning and accidently took the last dark blue pill in the package. I just noticed now, so do you think it will mess up the effectiveness of it or what? Should I just start with the pill I was supposed to take today and continue taking it it like that or what?

You should ask your doctor to make sure, but I personally would take the pill i supposed to take (the tuesday pill) and just continue on like normal. Don't worry too much, a lot of women make mistakes like this.

if the dark blue one is your placebo pill you take during your period - you should double up and use condoms this month.
start with the pill you were supposed to take and go on from there.

No, because that might affect your system. You need to start over again. Do not continue taking them.
