How I can create ASP.NET Codes in my Windows XP or Vista without install any softwrae or application?

hey hey! to creating ASP.NET page you have not to install Visual Studio 2003 or 2005, installing .NET Framework is enough. and to coding, you can write your codes in Notepat!
but ther is a lot of IDEs, like Dreamweaver....

Vista comes with .NET Framework installed in it so u don't need any other software... Where as in XP u have to install visual studio 2003 or 05...
Its easier to code in ASP.NET using the visual studio.
So i suggest u to get it installed...
The programs can be run by using jdk as well but its not so user friendly...
