i do know the japanese film ''princess monoke' is the highest grossing film in japan history, and its all animated~~

I might have what you're looking for: In the 60's and early on in his career, Woody Allen purchased an existing Japanese spy movie. Allen and his friends re dubbed the movie entirely in English with new, comic dialog. It was Allen's first directorial effort. The movie was entitled: What's Up, Tiger Lily? (1966).
A very clever and funny movie!!

Godzilla facts:
#1;Godzilla's scream was creatad by recording a German freight train in a tunnel and playing it backwards!
#2; Godzilla translates to English as Giant Whale.
#3 ; Godzilla doesn't smile. His creator (now desist) put a stringent copyright law on Godzilla in effect that any likeness of Godzilla,IE:comics,figurines,models,etc. could not depict him smiling.(remember Godzilla is a result of human toxic dumping,and that pisses him off!).

well, this isn't really about japanse films but..... i like spike tv when they have the asian people on there and they are doing like log rolls.... they're talking in english but it isn't really what they are saying. lol
