They can be. But it mostly depends on your insurance. If you have good insurance it's possible. If you have bad insurance they will ship it out to be tested and have results in 3-5 days or so. Or if your DR orders it STAT, no matter the inusrance it will be done the same day. Within a few hours!

No, my cousin was in the same situation once--she got a blood test done for it and the results weren't given the same day.

when I went to get my blood test to see if I was pregnant I got the results the same day I think it only took about 20 min. to get the results. go to your regular family doctor and see if they will do a blood test on you to find out. Good luck

they usually are especially if your pretty far into your preganacy.the tests go by your horomone levels or something that's produced during pregnancy and they increase as you get more and more pregnany .so if they check your blood and it's a high number your pregnant and you may find out the same day if the lab is open that day.

I think it depends on where you get the test. If they have a lab, you could very well get them the same day. If they have to send it off to be tested, on the other hand, you would have to wait a couple days.

No...it usually takes 48-72 hours and even some doctors will not tell you unitl your next appt. wish you the best
