sign in to your account and on the right of picture is : upload/change photos. click browse. then find the picture you want to add to your myspace. and click upload. it may take a few minutes depending upon your internet connection. then if you add more than one, the one you want to use for people to see your myspace page/picture you set as default. you can add captions to as well. i hope this helps. any more help you an e-mail me at www.myspace.com/djsfrog. i will help as best as i can.

go to your page on myspace where it says "upload pictures" then just click browse, choose the picture you want, then upload...thats it!
