You should borrow a pair of dress pants from a friend or family member. Even if you will be wearing jeans on the job (I don't think you will unless you are working in the stock room), it is best to wear a decent pair of dress pants and a nice blouse to an interview.

If you don't know someone who has dress clothes in your size, you can try the local thrift shops or consignment clothing stores. You can often find a good pair of pants for under $10 there.

You should always dress well to a interview, but your 16 and don't seem to have enough money to get a new fit.......So go with the Capri pants, and nice blouse, don't wear any tennis shoes. Go to pay less shoes, or even K- Mart to buy a nice pair of shoes, you can get a nice pair for less than $10 well worth the investment.....Borrow the money if you have to......

Hope you get the job.......Good Luck..............

It depends on what position you are applying for. If it's a managerial position, you really should wear something more formal...like office casual.
But if you're applying for a cashier or similiar position, a well-fitting pair of capris with a nice top and close toed shoes should be sufficient. Make sure your hair looks very neat, your nails are clean and neat, and you don't wear too much make-up. The cleanliness, neatness factor will say a lot about you.
Good luck in your interview!!!

Visit the K-Mart store and look at what the employees wear to work. Wear what they wear. If they wear a collar knit shirt and tan pants, then that's what you wear. Borrow what you don't have. Don't buy, you don't have the job yet.
