I would love to see the grand canyon, i've never been there...

I would, but I wouldn't pay $25, maybe $10.
You should really go to the Grand Canyon, pictures don't do it justice. You just can't imagine how awesome it is until you stand on the edge.
A few years ago we made a big circle and saw Carlsbad Caverns, Petrified Forest, Meteor Crater, Rour Corners, Pikes Peak and some other stuff, but the Grand Canyon made the trip something to remember.

No I wouldn't go on the Sky Walk.
To see the Grand Canyon you need to hike it from the top to the bottom.
The terrain changes as you hike down to the bottom and when you get low enough you will the roaring colorado river.
Best time to hike the Grand Canyon isn't during the middle of summer. The temperatures at the top are about 80 to 90 degrees but the bottom is even hotter! 100 + degrees.
I hiked it during early March and it was beautiful. There was still snow at the top and when I got to the bottom it was 80 degrees...
You can camp down there etc...

My advice is to bypass the skywalk and bypass to the nationwide park instead. The South Rim has a lot more beneficial useful perspectives of the canyon and some fantastic walks alongside the canyon. heck yeah, ive been to grandcanyon like 50 times, every time my family travels through arizona we stop there, and im starting to get bored of it, but now, i cant wait to go back
