I'm interested in having larger hands, longer or thicker fingers or knuckles or thicker wrists. My hands are healty but somewhat small for a man. I can feel it most of the times when I shake someone else's hands. I'm 29 y.o., so they won't grow naturaly anymore.

Definitely don't play with them. I thought playing with another part of my body would make it bigger but that sure as heck didn't work.
