I would have to say computer for myself.

I think you can never replace the face-to-face communication with any other possible medium. So I would have to say that the in-person communication has to be the highest. Followed by the computer, phone and the written word such as letters and memos.
I don't know about others, but I am sure I am doing a lot of communicating via the ESP mode. I just may not know it when I am doing it perhaps.
And then there is the most important mode of communication with which we talk to ourselves. I bet we do more of this than any other. I know I do!

I definitely use email the most, though in person comes a close second. What can I say? I'm a product of the computer age.
