You are doing well, doctor! Your thought may be that you have to do 'duties' on watch as a non-specialist, and people your age are specialists, 'lording' over you in your area of work: soon, you could get sponsored, or, on your own you could go on (study) leave, and do the PG, you'll find your experience on the job in these past years an advantage! And, you have the money, so you are independent! You are on a good wkt., doctor! you'll do very well in the years ahead!
