No, unless you believe in the Christian notion of Virgin Mary. Thats the only instance where someone claiming to be a virgin got pregnant.
I have heard that someone who was a virgin and did not have "vaginal" intercourse has gotten pregnant, simply by sperm being ejaculated near/on the vagina and gravity just doing the rest.
But if your talking someone having no physical contact of any kind and getting pregnant, no it's not possible. Sperm must make contact with an egg to be considered pregnant.

Yes, a man does not have to penetrate a woman to impregnate her. Those sperm cells are built to swim upstream and all they have to do is get in the general area in order to enter the vaginal canal. And as an added worry, the man doesn't even have to ejaculate, the bit that leaks out when he gets erect contains sperm cells and they can impregnate a woman too. It would be a streak of bad luck but it happens.

it is possible if there was some sort of contact with sperm near her vaginal opening!!if the man and woman where "fooling around" and the man ejaculated near her vaginal opening or the man had sperm on his fingers and inserted them inside her then there is always a possibility . It can and dose happen!!

Yes. Sperm CAN move, and if someone ejaculated on her vagina, or on hands and then fingered her, she CAN get pregnant.
ANY time a bare penis is around a bare vagina, there is always the risk of pregnancy. You don't need to have sex to get pregnant.
