NYC it's the fashion capital of the world remember fashion week and all the other crap that goes on one thing I know in NYC you can get fashion at all prices from high end to very very low end

If i have to choose out of all of them it would absolutely be NYC. I used to live in New York City, it is wild there, and everybody has a type of style for each season, and any type of weather.
