there are times in our lives things sometimes seems to always go the wrong way. this sometimes take our confidence away leave us with stress or depression. one of the best way that i personally find to get my confidence back is first stay healthy. eat right. exercise. health is number one. then for the things in our lives, try to prepare or map out your schedule. this way you don't have to be confuse or trying to think back what are you suppose to do. also working hard toward your goals, and not giving up will help get your confidence up since you can see the success/progress along the way. good luck

I'm not sure. But if you want it back try to figure out where you lost it and what caused you to lose it. Then try to reconcile with the problem. You will get it back eventually.
