For its impressive bite, I would go with the Cookie Cutter (I even wrote a paper about its bite morphology when I was in college).
As for sheer adaptability, I would have to go with the Bull Shark. There really aren't many other sharks that can swim anywhere in the world, regardless of the salinity levels.
Just for kicks ... the Great Hammerhead is the coolest looking one of the entire group
